Cancellations & No shows
Here at locks & lace, both you and your appointments are very important to me.
I understand life happens. However as a small business, cancellations and no shows can really impact me.
Since my services are reserved for you personally, appointments will now be held with a credit card on file. I ask that a 24-hour notice be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so, will result in a 50% charge of your appointment. All no shows will result in a 100% charge for scheduled services.
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 48-hrs before your appointment.
